ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Placing an order through our website or by telephone is deemed to constitute your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

PRICES
Prices and any delivery costs will be as stated and will include value added tax if applicable and any other applicable taxes if the delivery address is outside the European Union.

We reserve the right to increase the prices of the products periodically to reflect increased costs.

THE CARDS
Each card is individually handmade to order, and therefore you should anticipate some variation on each design when comparing a card image on screen to the card you receive.

Card stock, envelopes and all other materials will be chosen from stock if the particular card stock, envelope or other material shown in the card design image is not available at any time. For bespoke orders, we shall contact you to confirm you are happy with the alternative selection.

All card sizes quoted are fairly accurate but approximate.

PAYMENTS
You have the option of payment online with credit or debit card, using our secure payment provider PAYPAL, having a PayPal account is optional. You may also print the online order form and send with your cheque or money order payment made payable to Zero Degreez Designs - office address: 9 Rochester Close, Streatham, London, SW16 5DL.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel any orders up until fulfilment has taken place. Fulfilment is carried out as soon as possible following receipt of your order. If you wish to cancel an order please call us without delay on +44 056 007 36714.

DELIVERY
Orders of all range stock cards will be processed within 24 hours - normally FREE delivery for orders over £5.00 to UK addresses next day if you order before 12 noon (please note this is NOT a guaranteed delivery) or for orders of less than £5.00 a nominal at cost post and packaging charge of £0.95. Orders of Bespoke/Alter to Fit cards will be processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. All in stock gifts and accessories will normally be despatched within 24 hours.

We use Royal Mail First Class Post for UK deliveries and they aim to deliver the next working day. We use Royal Mail Airmail for delivery abroad and they aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five.

Every effort is made to ensure that the card(s) and/or gift(s) arrives with you in good condition and on time. Your items will be packaged securely and each individual card comes in a protective transparent sleeve, or boxed if that option is chosen at the ordering stage. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged as they pass through the postal system unless you have paid for a registered or recorded or special delivery option at the time of order.

We cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control including failure of suppliers or partners.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We are confident that you won’t be disappointed with the quality of finish and presentation of the cards and/or gifts, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple money back guarantee.

Please contact us at info@wizhez.com to request a returns code and, at your cost, return the card or cards and/or gift(s) unopened and in their original condition within 28 days, to allow us to make a full refund to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

We abide by "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm - this means we will take all reasonable care to ensure that goods supplied are in an acceptable condition. You must therefore contact us immediately upon any problems you may experience concerning any goods purchased from this site.

We are not able to accept return of personalised bespoke designed cards or any personalised range cards. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Any complaint will be dealt with immediately upon receipt. We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 1 working day.

GENERAL
The card will be personalised with your chosen message on either hand embossed silver/gold metalic sheets, direct hand embossed card, metallic hand heat embossed and then mounted on the front of the card, printed onto acetate and mounted on a silver card plaque, or directly onto a photographic image (for example, as in the case of the Shakers Fotoz designs). The inner message, if requested, will be printed on high quality papers to match the card design.

Any contract between us will be deemed to be concluded in England, and will be governed by English Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

We will make every effort to produce a bespoke card in accordance with the details submitted on the Online Detailed Order Form and/or in discussion with you, as confirmed in our e-mail. If you wish to amend the design/specification further please contact us on +44 056 007 36714 by return, otherwise we will proceed with your order. You must allow us reasonable scope for creative judgement on the design produced and the materials used.

SAFETY
Some of our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years due to small parts which may become loose and cause a choking hazard.
